Self-awareness was never the missing piece. The pattern runs on a layer underneath it, and that layer does not respond to insight. In this free 90-minute live session, Thais Gibson walks you through Integrated Attachment Theory™, the framework built to reach it.

You have read the books. You have done the therapy. You can explain your own behaviour more accurately than most people ever will.
And you are still triggered by the same situation. Still going quiet at the same point. Still watching the same ending arrive with someone new.
Here is the part almost nobody tells you: Awareness lives in the conscious mind. Your patterns live in the subconscious. Around 5% of your mental activity is conscious. The other 95% is running on conditioning that was set long before you had any say in it, and it does not update because you understood something about yourself.
That is why insight has not been enough. Not because you did not try hard enough. Not because you are the exception. You have been working on the wrong layer.
This session is about the other layer.

The person is different. The ending is the same. New partner, new circumstances, genuinely better on paper. And somewhere around the same point, the same dynamic sets in. This is not bad luck and it is not your taste in people. Your subconscious selects for what feels familiar, and familiar is not the same thing as good for you.
You can see yourself doing it while you are doing it. You watch the message go out. You feel yourself going cold. You know exactly what is happening and you still cannot interrupt it in the moment. Understanding a pattern and being able to stop it turn out to be two entirely different skills.
Something in you decided a long time ago how this ends. That you will be left. That you are too much. That you have to earn your place. You would never say it out loud and you may not even believe it consciously. But it is running underneath your reactions, and it is shaping how you read a delayed reply, a change in tone, a request for space.
If you recognised yourself in any of those, this session was built for you.
Why the same ending keeps finding you, with people who have nothing in common
You will see how your earliest relationships set the expectations you still carry, and how those expectations quietly shape who you are drawn to, so that you can stop reading your relationship history as a run of bad luck and start seeing a pattern you can actually work with.
The specific core wound driving your reactions, named precisely
A core wound is a belief about yourself that formed early and that your nervous system now treats as fact, such as “I will be abandoned” or “I am not enough.” You will identify which one is most active for you right now, so that you are working on something specific instead of a general sense that something is off.
How to catch a trigger before it becomes a message you regret
You will learn to recognise the sequence from belief to thought to emotion to action while it is still running, so that the gap between being triggered and reacting starts to widen and you get room to choose instead of repeat.
Why awareness alone has not changed anything, and what does
You will see exactly why insight does not reach subconscious conditioning, and what the subconscious does respond to, so that you stop spending years on approaches that were never built to reach the level where the pattern lives.
A framework you can use the same day
You will leave with a structured exercise that connects your real triggers to the wounds underneath them, so that you finish the session with something specific in writing rather than a page of notes you never return to.
You start to notice the pause. Your partner says the thing that would normally set you off, and there is a beat before you respond. Small at first. Then longer.
You start to feel what it is like to be close to someone without scanning them. No monitoring their tone. No rehearsing the conversation before you have it. No quiet part of you preparing for the day they leave.
You start to say the difficult thing out loud and stay in the room afterwards.
And eventually you get to the thing underneath all of it. Being fully known by someone and not losing them for it. Trusting that they meant what they said. Being able to rest inside a relationship instead of working to hold it together.
That is what sits on the other side of the pattern. This session is where it starts.

Thais Gibson is the creator of Integrated Attachment Theory™ and co-founder of The Personal Development School. She holds 13 certifications across NLP, hypnosis and family systems, and she built this framework by combining attachment research with subconscious reprogramming and behavioural psychology.
She did not start as an expert. She started at 15, when a knee surgery ended the sport that had been her whole identity, and she spent five years in addiction before she began studying why she kept repeating cycles she could clearly see. What she found was that the conditioning driving her behaviour had been set in childhood and had never been updated. Learning to change it at that level is what changed her relationships, beginning with the one she had with herself.
Since then she has taught this work to more than 60,000 students across 145 countries.
In this session she teaches the identification work directly: what your pattern is rooted in, how to name it precisely, and what it takes to begin reprogramming it.

Another year of the same ending is not a neutral outcome. It costs relationships you wanted, time you do not get back, and a slow narrowing of what you believe is available to you.
In ninety minutes, you could know exactly what has been driving it, and have a framework for working on it.
